Advanced Alteration is for gowns that need more than basic tweaks, or for brides who want a higher touch, precision first process from the start. During your appointment, we assess the gown on your body, identify what will elevate the silhouette, and pin with intention to refine structure, balance, and movement. We plan for the details that separate average tailoring from couture finishing: neckline refinements, strap and shoulder balance, bodice shaping, lace placement, beadwork handling, custom bustle strategy, and seamless proportion work.
You will leave with a detailed quote and a clear alteration roadmap. Most importantly, you secure priority time on our calendar so your gown receives the attention it requires, without last minute pressure.

Advanced Alteration requires a $150 non refundable fitting fee that is credited toward the total quoted cost should you choose to proceed with our alteration services. This booking can apply to a wedding gown or formal gown. Alterations are completed approximately 3 months after your Fitting and Consultation date. 15+ weeks Advanced Turnaround.
WHAT TO BRING

Your exact wedding day shoes are required. Without them, accurate hem and proportion work is compromised. Bring the undergarments or shapewear you intend to wear, plus any accessories that affect fit and finish such as your veil or planned straps or sleeves. If your gown has intricate lace or beading, arrive prepared to discuss what you want preserved, what you want refined, and what you want transformed.

Advanced Alteration is designed for brides whose event date is at least 15 weeks away. If your wedding is within the standard 7 to 14 week window, start with Initial Fitting and Consultation. If your timeline is tighter than standard, book Rushed Alteration so your gown is prioritized appropriately.
