Terms of Service.

Darya Fomina, Inc does not provide estimates over the phone or by email.

You will receive an exact quote the day of your Initial Fitting and Consultation.


AGREEMENT OF TERMS:

You agree to these terms upon leaving your garment in our possession after your initial fitting and consultation.


PAYMENT PROCESS AFTER CHOOSING US AS YOUR PERSONAL SEAMSTRESS:

You will leave your gown in our possession to begin the professional alteration.

You will not make any payments at this time.

2nd Fitting: 50% of quoted price due

Final Fitting & Pick-Up:  Remaining Balance Due

In the event it is determined that you will be coming in for a Final Fitting and Pick-up only (No 2nd Fitting) then the entire balance owed will be due on the Final Fitting & pick-up scheduled date.

Cash: No Processing Fee

Credit/Debit Card: 4% Processing Fee


DURING THE FITTING & CONSULTATION:

MEASUREMENTS WILL BE TAKEN OF: Bust, Waist. Hips

PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN OF SHOES & YOU IN THE GOWN YOU ARE WEARING:

The photos taken of the shoes you are wearing during your Initial Fitting & Consultation are the same shoes you must bring in with you for every fitting up until your final fitting and pick-up

Photos of you in the gown are for reference only and will not be used in any way without your consent.


ALTERATIONS ARE BASED ON: Shoes, Undergarments, Body Type, and Height, during Initial Fitting.

We recommend you MAINTAINING YOUR BODY TYPE the day of your Initial Fitting & Consultation until your Final Fitting & Pick-up of your Gown


GARMENT ABANDONMENT POLICY:

We will contact you 6 times to schedule your follow-up  fittings: 2x text, 2x email, and 2x phone calls with voicemail, if possible.

If there is no response or reply by the 6th contact we will consider your garment Abandoned and will cease all work on your garment. We will not guarantee completion of your garment alteration before the agreed upon due date. We will charge a storage fee per day. Storage fees along with the cost of the garment as agreed upon will be due at pickup. You will have 1 month at this point to pick up your garment. After 1 month your garment will become the property of Darya Fomina, Inc. thereafter.


GARMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should you choose to cancel our agreement together after the initial fitting agreed upon quote, and leaving your garment in our possession for alteration work to begin until its completion and we have not begun alteration work on your garment and if it is within 24 hours at the time that you have requested your cancellation, then you will owe a fitting and storage fee of $300.00 only. If work has been conducted on your gown or garment then you will owe 60% of the total quoted agreed upon amount.

If you cancel our agreement together after 24hrs of your initial fitting and consultation then you will owe 60% of the total quoted amount whether work has begun on your garment or not. Once paid, your gown will be released to you incomplete and as is from the point of cancellation.

If you request to cancel our agreement after you have paid and completed your 2nd fitting then you will owe 100% of the quoted amount whether or not work is completed. This amount and any storage fees must be paid before the release of your gown. Your gown will be released to you incomplete and as is. 

We will not be responsible for finishing any work that we have started once we have agreed on your cancellation. You will pick up your garment with the incomplete work and alterations that were in the process of being conducted. You will have one day at the point of your cancellation to pick up your garment. After one day you will be charged a daily storage fee.

Both storage fees and percentage owed for your garment cancellation will be due upon pickup of your garment(s).


RELEASING OF GARMENT:

Your garment(s) will not be released at any time to any other person except for yourself. If there is an emergency and your garment needs to be released to another person, we will not be responsible for issues regarding the fit of your garment(s) or condition of your garment, or any other issue that may occur with your garment once it is released to another person outside of yourself. You will need to sign a release form in order for another person to pick up your garment and you will need to state the person's name. The person accepting your garment for you will need to show Identification and it must match with the name you provide on the release form.
